When I first start doing Yoga, Tree Pose #vrkasana was one of the first asanas I learned and it is still one of my all time favorites! 😍
This one single pose can teach so much about ourselves and how we connect to nature and to the elements on our Planet Earth!
Every time I do this pose it is ALWAYS different depending what kind of ground I am standing it might be grass, earth, yoga mat, bamboo floor, warm sand, cold sand a rock, just feel the connection and ground yourself to wherever you are standing. Root, rise and draw the energy from your feet like your roots are growing all the way down the earth and rising all the way up to the crown of your head and beyond.
Your legs might be really strong one day and next week they might be wobbly as well as your breath and your mind so just stand there and bring awareness to your whole entire self, your breath and how you are feeling at that right exact present moment.
Take a deep breath and find that space where you can bring balance and steadiness to your Tree pose and when you are ready you can grow seeds, flowers and fruits. Namaste 🙏
